The apartment is located in Nørrebro, a few hundred metres from the new metro station, Nørrebro Runddel.

The apartment underwent renovation in 2020, where a new kitchen and a bathroom with floor heating were installed. The kitchen has all necessary kitchen equipment and a dishwasher. The apartment includes a bright workplace, a dining area, and a cozy living room. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. There are bed sheets and towels available. There is access to a covered balcony with a great view of the green trees at the Assistens Cemetery, with paths winding past prominent tombs such as that of H.C. Andersen and that of Søren Kierkegaard. Parking is available at the enclosed courtyard but keep in mind that there are limited parking spaces.

Nørrebro is a multi-cultural neighborhood, which is popular with students and creative types. Kebab and Indie shops lie side by side on Nørrebrogade. The foodies go to Jægersborggade to visit exclusive eateries and cozy coffee shops. Nørrebro is the colourful district of Copenhagen.
